Tunjangan Pegawai Pajak Tuai Polemik, Ketum Korpri Prof. Zudan: Pemerintah Harus Reformasi Menyeluruh Sistem Penggajian Nasional

Jakarta – Buntut kasus penganiayaan oleh anak seorang Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) terhadap anak salah satu pengurus GP Ansor bak bola salju. Di Dewan Pengurus KORPRI Nasional terjadi diskusi yang sangat kritis sarat dengan ide ide dan pemikiran yang produktif untuk perbaikan.
Salah satu isu yang paling menonjol dibahas adalah tunjangan kinerja untuk pegawai DJP itu menimbulkan kesenjangan antar jenjang jabatan ASN, antar Kementerian dan Lembaga serta Pemda. Bahkan tunjangan kinerja Kabag di grade 17-19 dengan tunjangan kinerja sebesar 37 juta-46 juta, lebih besar dari tunjangan kinerja eselon 1 KL lain, tunjangan profesor, dokter, bidan tenaga kesehatan paling senior, dan guru paling senior.

Merespons hal itu, Ketum Dewan Pengurus KORPRI Nasional (DPKN) Prof. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh meminta pemerintah melakukan reformasi secara radikal terhadap regulasi gaji dan tunjangan kinerja pegawai secara proporsional.

“Pemerintah harus segera melakukan reformasi masalah ini secara menyeluruh, agar tidak menimbulkan kecemburuan bagi para ASN, TNI dan Polri. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menata ulang, mereformasi terhadap gaji dan tunjangan ASN, TNI, Porli,” ujar Prof. Zudan dalam keterangannya, pada Rabu (1/3/2023).

Prof. Zudan juga meminta agar PNS diwajibkan untuk melaporkan harta kekayaannya melalui LHKPN atau LHASN setiap tahun. Dan pemerintah, lanjut Prof Zudan, harus memberikan sanksi yang tegas bagi PNS yang tidak taat dalam melaporkan harta kekayaannya.

Di sisi lain, Prof. Zudan berharap seluruh ASN dan keluarganya tidak bergaya hidup mewah, tetapi lebih menampilkan karya daripada gaya. Juga terapkan nilai-nilai budaya kerja Berakhlak yang sudah dicanangkan oleh Presiden.

“Hal yang tidak kalah penting adalah para ASN dan keluarganya tidak bergaya hidup mewah, lebih baik menampilkan karya daripada menampilkan gaya” tegas Prof Zudan.

 

Pada dasarnya, gaji pegawai pajak sama dengan PNS lainnya. Hal ini sebagaimana telah diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 15 tahun 2019 tentang Peraturan Gaji Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Berdasarkan PP tersebut, gaji pokok PNS, termasuk di dalamnya gaji pegawai pajak.

Akan tetapi, selain mendapatkan gaji sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan, menurut Pasal 2 ayat (1) Perpres 37/2015, Pegawai yang mempunyai jabatan di lingkungan DJP juga diberikan tunjangan kinerja setiap bulan. Dan besaran tunjangan yang diberikan tersebut, disesuaikan dengan peringkat jabatan.

“KORPRI mendorong sistem pengajian yang lebih adil dan proporsional, jangan sampai menimbulkan kecemburuan. bila tolok ukur ya adalah karena menghasilkan uang kemudian diberikan tunjangan kinerja tinggi, para tenaga kesehatan, TNI, Polri juga akan protes dan minta gaji tinggi krn resiko pekerjaannya bisa bertaruh nyawa” ungkap Prof Zudan Ketum Korpri menutup penjelasannya.
