Banten, wapresri.go.id – Mengawali kegiatan di hari Jumat pagi (17/02/2023) di Pondok Pesantren An Nawawi Tanara (Penata), Banten, Wakil Presiden (Wapres) K.H. Ma’ruf Amin meninjau Guler Farm Nature sambil berolah raga ringan meski cuaca terpantau mendung dan sedikit gerimis.
Usai peninjauan, Wapres yang didampingi oleh Ibu Hj. Wury Ma’ruf Amin melanjutkan perjalanan meninjau kebun anggur di sekitar pondok pesantren untuk melihat sejauh mana pertumbuhannya.
Dengan ditemani oleh para perangkat melekat, Wapres dan Ibu Hj. Wury Ma’ruf Amin tampak memetik buah anggur yang sudah matang sambil berbincang-bincang hangat.
Pagi tadi pun terdapat kejadian unik di luar kebiasaan. Wapres terlihat antusias mencoba mobil pengawalan yang biasa digunakan paspampres mengawal beliau untuk tugas kenegaraan sehari-hari.
Sebagaimana dituturkan ajudan dinas Wapres, Kolonel Laut Taufik, Wapres mengutarakan keingintahuannya untuk menjajal mobil pengawalan. Hal tersebut disampaikan Wapres dalam perjalanan dari Guler Farm Nature menuju Pondok Pesantren An Nawawi Tanara (Penata) yang berjarak tempuh kurang lebih 5 KM.
“Itu mobil pengawal, nyaman tidak kalau digunakan jarak jauh?, ” tanya Wapres sebagaimana dituturkan Kolonel Taufik.
Kolonel Taufik pun menjawab dengan sigap.
“Aman, Bah,” jawabnya.
Mendengar antusiasme Wapres, Kolonel Taufik pun lantas menanyakan perkenan Wapres untuk menjajal mobil pengawalan tersebut.
Setelah mendapatkan persetujuan Wapres, Kolonel Taufik pun langsung mengkoordinasikan kepada Komandan Grup B Paspmpres untuk mempersiapkan kendaraan kawal yang akan dicoba oleh Wapres.
Setelah dipersiapkan, Wapres beserta Ibu Hj. Wury Ma’ruf Amin pun lalu mencoba mobil pengawalan dengan berkeliling sejauh kurang lebih 1 KM.
“Alhamdulillah, lebih yaman ya,” kesan Wapres dengan seyum khasnya sebagai mana yang diungkap Kolonel Taufik. (RN, BPMI – Setwapres)
