Perwakilan pensiunan dari 20 provinsi di Indonesia yang tergabung dalam Pensiunan Pos Indonesia Bersatu melakukan unjuk rasa depan Kementerian BUMN.(20/07/2022)


Dipimpin kooordinatornya Yus Adang, mereka berorasi memaparkan berbagai persoalan yang dihadapi. Diantaranya disampaikan adanya Pensiunan yang hanya menerima Rp.600.000,- perbulan yang tentu untuk kondisi saat ini sangat tidak memadai untuk bertahan hidup, sementara jasa-jasanya saat masih bekerja semestinya menjadi pertimbangan.

Unjuk rasa sempat terjadi kericuhan, namun teratasi sampai akhirnya diterima oleh perwakilan meneg dan deputi logistik.
Adapun tuntutan yang disampaikan kepada Kementerian BUMN cq Direktur Utama PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) ;
1. Meminta pengakuan dari pemerintah tentang status Pensiunan Pegawai Negeri Sipil untuk Pensiunan Pos Indonesia dikarenakan mereka diangkat dan disumpah berdasarkan UU nmr. 8 th. 1974 Tentang Pokok-pokok Kepegawaian (Lembaran Negara th.1974 nmr. 55, Tambahan Lembaran Negara nmr. 3041), dan PP nmr. 6 th. 1976 Tentang Pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil.
2. Kenaikan Tunjangan Pangan yang semula diberikan Rp. 50.000,- /jiwa menjadi Rp.100.000,-/jiwa sebulan.
3. Kenaikan Tunjangan Perbaikan Penghasilan yang semula Rp.100.000,- menjadi Rp.500.000,- perbulan.
4. Memberikan sumbangan BPJS Kesehatan sebesar tabel kelas sesuai dengan golongan atau pangkat pensiunan.
5. Membayakan uang ketupat hari raya Idul Fitri yang selama 3 tahun sudah tidak pernah dibayarkan lagi.
6. Percepatan pembayaran hak-hak pensiunan antara lain uang kematian dan uang pemakaman dibayarkan saat dalam bulan kematian, yang selama ini dibayarkan kurang lebih setahun baru cair.
7. Direktur PT Pos Indonesia agar turun tangan dan berperan aktif di dalam menyelesaikan tertundanya pembayaran Asuransi Jaminan Hari Tua Jiwasraya.
8. Dana Pensiunan Pos harus dapat memberikan manfaat lainnya selain manfaat pasti kepada Pensiunan Pos Indonesia.
9. PT. Pos Indonesia sebagai pendiri harus memberikan kecukupan dana kepada Dana Pensiunan Pos. (Ibra/her)
